Your Right to Cancel:
You have the right to cancel your order within 3 days of receiving your goods. You then have another 14 days to return the items for a full refund. Once we receive the returned product you will recieve a refund in a maximum of 3 business days.

- Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Conditions for Returns

- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- You notify us within the 3-day cancellation window.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for:
- Used pet beds or carriers that show signs of wear or pet hair.
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
- Customised or personalised products.
